After the purchase, the jewelry is made individually. The production time, including delivery in Lithuania, is indicated for each item. Delays of 4 to 8 days are may occur to others countries.

In this case, additional production and shipping costs are at customer’s account.

All goods are delivered by courier.
Delivery cost in Lithuania is 5€.
Delivery cost for the other countries is 10€.
To pick up your order at our studio, Vilnius, Kalvariju str.125, III copr, II entrance, chose option “Local pick up” in payment section. Your order status will be advised by email.

We cannot offer refunds for personalized and individually ordered jewelry.
To return any jewelry bought from ,,Ro Jewellery” please contact us within 14 calendar days from the delivery date by email: firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us on +37063006524. After 14 calendar days no returns or refunds accepted.
For refund returned jewelry must comply with these terms:
*Contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item.
*Jewelry cannot be wore or damaged.
*Return jewelry in the original package along with the invoice
*Send the item by registered mail/courier, registration number is required. Delivery to studio is acceptable.
If all terms matches, refund will be processed within 14 business days to the same account from which the original payment was received.
All postage/customs costs occurred in connection with the shipment of a replacement or returned item are at customer’s responsibility and account. The product you own is your property and responsibility until it reaches ,,Ro Jewellery”. When returning the goods, make sure you pack them properly to prevent damage during shipping. Returns are checked. ,,Ro Jewellery” reserves the right not to accept back marks of jewelry with mechanical damage if they were due to the fault of the buyer, improper maintenance or wear.
